A Partner since 2000 — the year Studio Mariniello Fiume was born — he is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor. In 2007, at the age of 34, he was among the ten youngest full professors in the Italian university system: full professor of Business Administration, he holds the chairs of Financial Accounting and IFRS & ESG Reporting.

He contributed to the revision of the Italian national accounting standards within the Organismo Italiano di Contabilità. An expert in corporate crisis, he provides management, corporate and tax advisory services to industrial, commercial and service companies, and chairs boards of statutory auditors and supervisory bodies under Legislative Decree 231/2001 of significant banking, commercial and public entities.

He is a registered expert for Italy’s negotiated crisis resolution procedure (composizione negoziata), listed as a court-appointed technical expert (CTU) at the Court of Milan, and enrolled in the national registers of crisis managers and judicial administrators.

He has published monographs and articles in Italian and international scientific journals and has spoken at numerous national and international conferences.

He has always been active in community life: a scout for twenty years and a member of the Rotary Club Napoli, he has received the Paul Harris Fellow award six times.
